These consequences include some events and situations that
have come to pass and others that have not yet happened, but
were detailed in the so-called “Third Secret” or the “Third part
of the secret” of Fatima from July 13, 1917.
Our Lady told Sr. Lucia to reveal these details in 1960, but Pope John XXIII would not reveal them (for reasons too detailed to discuss here), nor has any other pope since 1960 revealed them (for other reasons too detailed to discuss here).
This absence of information is part of the reason why the Church and the world suffer as we do, because we haven’t learned what we’ve needed to know and do, both of which, along with the proper consecration of Russia and widespread honor of Our Lady on the First Five Saturdays, could have prevented many – or perhaps even most - of the world’s past and present problems since 1929.
Our Lady told the children about several events that
have already happened, and (then Sr.) Lucia
documented
those events in the 1940s
